How do I order?
Ordering is simple: add an item to your shopping cart and then click "Checkout". You don't need to create an account, but if you do, you can check out faster on future purchases. Fill in the shipping and payment details and choose a payment method. Check the order and read the terms and conditions before placing the order. You will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will also receive a message about this.
What are the shipping costs?
Depending on their size, all our products are shipped as a parcel or letterbox package. We usually send small orders as a letterbox package.
For shipping within the Netherlands, the standard shipping costs are €3.95. Orders with an order value from €20 are shipped free of charge.
For shipping to Belgium, the standard shipping costs are €6.95. Orders with an order value from €50 are shipped free of charge.

Other countries
We can ship to almost all countries. Shipping costs for these are available on request. Send an email to info@qost.nl stating which items, quantities and the delivery address. You will then receive a no-obligation quote from us.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on business days before 5:00 PM are shipped the same day. This means you will usually receive your order the next day.
If you order multiple items at once, we do our utmost to deliver them together. The delivery time of the full order is then determined by the item with the longest delivery time. If this causes a delay, we will of course let you know.
I placed an order over the weekend, when will it be shipped?
If you place your order over the weekend, it will be shipped on Monday. You will usually receive your order the following Tuesday, unless unforeseen circumstances arise, such as delays at the delivery service or exceptionally busy periods. This may cause your package to arrive a day later. If you have questions about your delivery, you can always contact our customer service for more information.
