Our webshop is developed using software from MyOnlineStore. Personal data that you make available to us for our services is shared with this party. Web hosting
Shopify
We use web hosting and email services from Shopify. Shopify processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. Shopify has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and misuse and is contractually bound to confidentiality.
Email and mailing lists
Klaviyo
We use Klaviyo for email traffic and newsletters. All emails are sent via their servers. You will find an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. Klaviyo does not use your data for its own purposes and takes appropriate security measures.
Office365
We use Office365 for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of data. We treat all email traffic confidentially.
Payment processors
Mollie
We use Mollie to process payments. Mollie processes your name, address and payment details. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data and does not retain it longer than legally permitted.
Reviews
WebwinkelKeur
We collect reviews via WebwinkelKeur. When you leave a review, your name and email address are shared with us so that we can link them to your order. WebwinkelKeur may contact you for clarification and has taken appropriate security measures.
Shipping and logistics
PostNL
We use PostNL for shipping. For this purpose we share your name, address and place of residence solely for the performance of the agreement.
DHL
We use DHL for deliveries. Your data is used solely for the performance of the agreement.
Invoicing and bookkeeping
MoneyBird
We use MoneyBird for our administration. Your data is stored securely and used solely for bookkeeping purposes. MoneyBird is contractually required to maintain confidentiality.
External sales channels
Bol.com
We sell (part of) our products via Bol.com. Order and personal data is shared with us to process your order. We treat this data confidentially.
