Ordering
- Add your products to the shopping cart.
- Then click I want to order or continue shopping and then click My cart.
- Check the products and then click Continue to checkout.
- Then fill in the billing and delivery details. Already have an account? Then these will be filled in automatically.
- Choose a payment and shipping method.
- Check the order. Everything correct? Then click Place order.
- You will be taken to a secure payment environment.
- Has the payment been completed successfully? Then you will receive the order confirmation directly in your inbox.
Delivery
We carefully do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on business days before 5:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. However, products may occasionally be temporarily out of stock, which may cause delivery to take a little longer. The product page shows an indication of the delivery time. Should we fail to meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course let you know as soon as possible.
The standard shipping costs are €3.95 for the Netherlands and €6.95 for Belgium.
Orders from €20 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands. For Belgium, free shipping applies to orders from €50.
All prices mentioned include VAT.
Extra costs may be charged for orders with additional options or for deliveries to remote areas such as the Wadden Islands. We will always contact the customer about this first.
Delivery is carried out via the postman or parcel carrier of PostNL and/or DHL Parcel. Delivery generally takes place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact moment of delivery.
As soon as the package is packed and ready for shipment, you will receive a Track & Trace link via email and/or SMS. This allows you to easily track the package via the carrier.
Not home at the time of delivery? Then the carrier will offer the package to your neighbors, take it to a parcel shop, or offer the package again at a later time.
